Action Alliance Partnership

Bloomington Meadows Hospital is proud to work towards improving effective suicide prevention efforts within healthcare settings as called for in the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention (National Strategy). We are committed to providing education and resources to the communities we serve, working to provide best practice care to our patients.
Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), which provides care through its national network of subsidiaries, has supported the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention (Action Alliance) as an Executive Committee member for over a decade. The Action Alliance is the country’s public-private partnership, working to advance the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention, which includes the goal of expanding implementation of best practices for suicide care across the country.
